These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the cut my fabric online store at cutmyfabric.eu. The seller is MB Adomedia, company code 305696931. 1. Products and product information

We sell fabrics and related textile products. Product descriptions, composition, weight, width, colour references, certifications, and other specifications are provided on the relevant product page. Minor variations between production batches and differences caused by screen settings may occur where this does not make the goods non-conforming.

2. Ordering and contract formation

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected goods at the price and on the terms shown at checkout. The order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it. We may reject or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, or another lawful reason, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

3. Cut-to-order fabrics

Where fabric or material is sold by metre, weight, dimensions, or another customer-selected quantity and is cut or prepared specifically for the order, it is treated as made to the customer's specification. Statutory withdrawal rights may therefore not apply to such goods. Defective, incorrect, or non-conforming goods remain covered by mandatory consumer rights.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before the order is submitted. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

Available delivery methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

6. Returns, refunds and complaints

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

The content of this store, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, and design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be used beyond what is permitted by law without permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence where applicable.
