Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from cut my fabric, operated by MB Adomedia.

14-day withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw from the purchase of standard, non-customized goods within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, subject to applicable law.

To exercise the withdrawal right, contact us at info@cutmyfabric.eu before the withdrawal period expires.

Fabrics cut to order

Fabric or other material cut, measured, or otherwise prepared to the length, weight, dimensions, or specification requested by the customer is made to the customer's specification. Such goods are not eligible for return due to a change of mind where the statutory exception for made-to-specification goods applies. This does not affect your rights if the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

Condition of returned goods

Where a return right applies, goods should be returned unused, unwashed, and in substantially the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Defective or incorrect goods

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@cutmyfabric.eu. Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods are not limited by this policy.

Return shipping

For a standard withdrawal return, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. If the return is due to our error or a defective/non-conforming product, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping where required by law.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal right is exercised, we will refund the payments due under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For valid consumer withdrawals, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us is refunded where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
